How long are visits?
Our visits range from 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs depending on the scheduled list of services to complete and the size of the home.
How many times do you visit in a year?
In our essentials plan, we visit 4 times. In the pro it is 4-6 times per year.
Can I choose which services to perform when you visit?
No, we follow a strict schedule performing the routine services based on their quarterly, bi-annual, and annual frequency.
Can you do other handyman tasks when you for your routine visit?
Yes, if you want to purchase additional hours and notify us so that we can schedule a longer visit time. If this is not arranged ahead of time, then no, we cannot because we are bound be a tight schedule of items that we are already working to complete during the visit.
